The women later headed to a beauty supplyb shop to check out hair products before Kim took the wheel to drive them away.
Kim's appearance came as it was reported that she and fiancé Kanye West are already planning on giving North a sibling.
Kim 'wants her kids to be close in age,' while Kanye 'wants a huge family,' a source told Us Weekly.
