Gov. Okorocha months after appointing Shirly Igwe as principal protocol officer has appointed Adokiye Kyrian a singer and architect as youth ambassador. She is also the project co-ordinator of 'The youths decides'. She and her team flew the govt. private jet during their visit to Imo State Government.
