Yesterday, Patience Jonathan’s late foster mum, Mrs. Charity Francis Oba, who died in a car accident in July, was laid to rest.
Not only did late ‘Mama Sisi’ get a state burial, there were also reports that several Federal Govt ministries, state governments, and government agencies threw in large sums of funds into funding the burial. Mrs Oba’s funeral rites, which would last three days, started yesterday Thursday, Oct. 31 in Okrika, Rivers state. Some Nollywood celebrities were present to mourn with her. Some of the celebrities at the occasion include Kcee, Onyeka Onwenu, Ebube Nwagbo, Nkem Owoh,Chinedu Ikedieze, Mama G, Jenifer Eliogwu and Ras Kimono.
