Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning (Oct. 27)
for felony assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel.
According to TMZ,
Brown got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel after leaving
a party he was hosting at the nearby Park and 14th nightclub. Sources
say Chris punched the alleged victim in the face after hurling a gay
slur.
According to the report, a woman approached Brown in front of the W
Hotel around 4:30 a.m. and asked to take a picture with him. As the pic
was about to be taken, two men rushed over to get in the shot. At that
point, Brown allegedly said, "I'm not into this gay s**t, click to read more

boxing," and threw a punch at the victim in question. Brown's bodyguard
became involved in the fight and was also arrested.
Brown, who did not appear to be under the influence of anything at
the time of the incident, according to TMZ, is currently in custody. The
alleged victim is reportedly being evaluated at a D.C. hospital.
Brown is still on probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009. If last
night's incident is seen as a violation of his probation, Brown could be
